The event provided a platform for in-depth discussions on topics such as innovative concepts in future game education, the integration of Finland\u2019s game industry with education, and case studies of renowned Japanese animations.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-585\" src=\"http:\/\/shanghai.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2-39-opq7936422811.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4092\" height=\"2786\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The forum kicked off with a keynote speech by Ye Weizhong, Chairman of the Shanghai ACM SIGGRAPH Chapter, titled \u201cVision and Suggestions for Future Game Education.\u201d Ye explored the close connection between the animation industry and game education in the digital age, offering forward-looking and innovative recommendations for the future development of these fields.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-586\" src=\"http:\/\/shanghai.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/3-12-opq7937061081.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4091\" height=\"2976\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Heikka Valja from Finland delivered a presentation on \u201cFinland\u2019s Game Industry and Education: The Origins of Supercell, Rovio, and Remedy.\u201d Heikka outlined how Finland\u2019s game industry has rapidly evolved from a niche market to a global leader in game innovation. He also shared valuable experiences from Finland\u2019s vocational education system, highlighting how it cultivates a culture of innovation and creativity.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-587\" src=\"http:\/\/shanghai.siggraph.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/7-5-opq7942648661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"4094\" height=\"2515\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Japanese animation directors and artists Morita Shuhei and Sakamoto Takasuke from YamatoWorks presented a case study on the creation of the animation \u201cMission: Crimson Blade.\u201d They demonstrated the advanced techniques and innovative methods used in the production process, particularly focusing on the use of Lightwave 3D software as a key part of their animation pipeline.
