Art Papers

SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 breaks the inherent perception that “technology is judged solely by parameters”. Through academic papers, it conducts an in-depth analysis of the underlying logic of the integration of art and technology. It has a comprehensive content system, covering four key dimensions: project case analysis, technical methodology summary, theoretical system research, and in-depth interdisciplinary exploration.

Posters

At SIGGRAPH Asia 2025, the “Debut Stage for Emerging Researchers”—specifically built for up-and-coming researchers—is well worth paying attention to! This platform focuses on the initial research results in niche fields such as computer graphics and AI generation. Here, you can not only view “freshly developed” research prototypes but also communicate face-to-face with the authors of these results, capturing the innovative sparks in the early stages of academic research up close.

Art Gallery

The Art Gallery at SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 aims to break the sense of distance that “academic concepts exist only on paper”. You can reach out to interact with interactive projections and get real-time feedback, observe the detailed textures of AI-generated sculptures up close, and even step into immersive images surrounded by digital aesthetics. These installations are not only “visually appealing”—allowing you to intuitively perceive artistic charm—but also embed the technical logic from academic papers behind them, fully combining ornamental value with technical depth.

Computer Animation Festival

The “Oscar Warm-up for the Animation Industry” is here!

Industry giants such as Pixar and DreamWorks will be in attendance, along with two theater highlights: the “Electronic Theater” showcasing film and television-level works, and the “Animation Theater” promoting independent creations. There will also be a competition for four major awards, including Best Student Project. Most notably, a six-person team from Pixar will reveal the full production process of Elio on-site—animation fans won’t want to miss this!

Emerging Technologies

The Emerging Technologies Exhibition Area at SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 hides many “future products”. It focuses on AI-driven interactive revolutions, such as the “fluidic swarm” of collective robots, which uses AI collaboration to achieve dynamic shape transformations and can also reduce real-time voice interaction latency in VR/AR. From immersive VR to cutting-edge AI, a series of new achievements fully demonstrate the boundless potential of emerging technologies!

Real-Time Live!

“Unedited Technical Magic”—Real-Time Live is a must-see!

Want to witness the real-time presentation of film and television-level rendering and interactive special effects? Then head to Real-Time Live at SIGGRAPH Asia 2025! This is a grand event showcasing new progress in graphics and interactive technologies. In previous editions, highlights included real-time character expression generation and dynamic weather simulation. This year, Meta Labs will bring an eye-catching blockbuster case!

XR

The XR Exhibition Area at SIGGRAPH Asia 2025 focuses on the “from concept to application” practice of virtual-real integration! In collaboration with companies such as Meta and Qingtong Vision, attendees can not only experience the achievements in an immersive way but also discuss how AI solves problems related to XR content generation efficiency and realism. This exchange not only drives innovative breakthroughs but also ignites boundless imagination for visual effects!

Games
